According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts:
„The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract without having to justify the decision and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Art. 13 para. (3) and Art. 14 of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, within 14 days from the day they take physical possession of the product. The return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.”
The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered (with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products showing physical changes, damage, chipping, scratches, shocks, signs of excessive use, and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., will not be accepted for return.
The customer is informed that if the returned products have damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, impacts, missing accessories, or other deficiencies, SC Deja Vu Facility Services SRL reserves the right to decide whether to accept the return or withhold an amount from the product’s value, which will be communicated after assessing the damage.
Product returns are at the customer’s expense, using any transport service of their choice.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original order unless an alternative method is agreed upon with the customer. Refunds will be issued within 72 hours of receiving and verifying the returned product. For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction, within 3-30 days after the return is accepted.
During these 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, you are not required to disclose the reason for your dissatisfaction.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions via email or phone for shipping the package. Products sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages
Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
