According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts: 'The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of OUG No.34/2014, within 14 days from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product. The return costs are borne by the consumer.'

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.

The customer is informed that, if the returned products have damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, missing accessories, SC Déjà Vu Facility Services SRL reserves the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the value of the product, the amount that will be communicated after assessing the damages caused.

The return of products is at the customer's expense, using any shipping service.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial order, unless another method is agreed upon with the customer. The refund period is 72 hours from the moment of receiving and checking the product. In the case of orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within 3-30 days of accepting the return.

During these 14 calendar days from purchase, you are not required to disclose the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Please inspect the package upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and repair it immediately.
