Use – hot application:

Heat the pillow in the preheated electric oven at 100-120° C for 10–15 minutes, or place it on the radiator, wrapped in a towel, for 20–30 minutes.

Apply it locally, on the desired area, for 15–30 minutes.

Use – cold application:

Place the pillow in a bag and store it in the freezer for 30–60 minutes.

Apply the pillow to the inflamed or painful area for 10–15 minutes.

Do not heat in the microwave.

Always check the temperature before applying to the skin.

Do not apply to open wounds, severely irritated or inflamed skin.
